Owner Ben Stacey welcomes you to CrossFit St Albans.
CrossFit St Albans operates out of 4000sq feet in the heart of St Albans and is fully equipped with the very best of Xenios equipment. Our main teaching area is capable of training over 20 people per class with the added benefit of having a dedicated open gym area in our basement, so if you need to work on something specific or have a Personal Training session booked at the same time as a class you always have somewhere to train.
Our goal is to deliver the highest quality of coaching while building a strong, fit and fun community.
We understand that no-one will go to a gym if they don’t feel comfortable, so we would love for you to try us first. Please feel free to pop in for a chat, our gym is located on the London Road Industrial Estate, or contact us about a free introductory class.
