We are already looking forward to our next CFSA competition. Save the date Saturday 23rdNovember for our Winter Classic event, which promises to be bigger and better than ever!
The Tuesday and Thursday evening Oly Lifting sessions have changed in format. They now include the
main squat lift, plus a superset of a pull/push movement and accessory exercises to complement your Olympic lifts. We’ve also added a 20 minute segment to the class, that allows you to practice any lift you want to work on with feedback and coaching to help you improve.
Tuesdays – 8pm and Thursdays – 7pm
Expect to build your engine and efficiency in all sorts of varying CrossFit movements through EMOMs and AMRAPS. This class replaces Barbell Conditioning on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. It will still include barbell cycling, and higher volume gymnastics, and is the perfect class to attend if you’re looking to compete. This programming addition is available to all levels as scaling options will be offered.

FLEXY AND CALM
Our popular yoga class with Jordan returns this month, on Wednesday 24thJuly, at 7:30pm. It’s free
and won’t be taken out of your membership allocation. You’ll be able to reserve your
spot on this class a week before, from Wednesday 17thJuly. Places are limited so we recommend setting a reminder in your phone, to book early!
