Warm up –¬†2 Rounds:

30 seconds of dead hang

30 seconds of pushups

30 seconds of situps

30 seconds of squats

 

Mobs:

T-spine

Hip

Shoulder

 

Strength –¬†Deadlifts (20 min time cap)

warm up set then: 21-15-12-9-6-3

Start light, finish heavy. These are unbroken sets, be efficient and keep hold of the bar

 

Metcon – 6 rounds for time:

6 thrusters

9 pull ups

12 SDHP

 

Barbell weights:

Epic awesome 50/40kg (RX weights)

Uber awesome 45/35kg

Awesome 30/40kg

Almost awesome 20/30

 

Each exercise is to be completed unbroken. If you break drop and give us 10 burpees!
