28 02 15 – THE OPEN 15.1

Warm up and mobility:

  • Instructor led



  • Snatch
  • Clean and jerk


Metcon – 15.1

  • Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
  • 15 toes-to-bars
  • 10 deadlifts 50/35kg (53/35kg for competitors.)
  • 5 snatches 50/35kg (53/35kg for competitors.)


  • 1-rep-max clean and jerk
  • 6-minute time cap


Once your 9 min AMRAP is fininshed you will move immediately to the 1rm C&J. The clock does not stop it is a 15 min continuously running clock.

If you are competing in the open your workout will been to be viewed and your score verified by a coach. Please notify the coach if this is the case.

As this year requires video submission your coach may ask you to start your WOD at a different time to the main class so that he/she can score and video your performance.
