  • 20m inch worm
  • 20m duck walk

 

Mobs:

  • Squat prep

 

Strength – Back squat:

  • 5-5-5-5-5

 

Metcon – for time:

  • 20 burpees
  • 20 hang squat cleans 60/45kg
  • 20 bar muscle-up
  • 20 hang squat cleans 60/45kg
  • 20 burpees

To scale muscle ups substitue for 20 chest to bar pull ups and 20 push ups
