Mobs:

  • Shoulder
  • Lats
  • Hip

 

Strength –┬áStrict overhead press:

Metcon – 10 min AMRAP:

  • 15 Box Jumps 24/20″
  • 10 Deadlifts 80/60kg
  • 5 Strict pull ups
