I love the fact that CrossFit constantly finds your weaknesses and humbles you, yet at the same time dangles this carrot that makes you want to come back the next day for more!
I discovered CrossFit four years ago , having just retired from playing rugby. Not only has CrossFit proved to be the only thing I have found which comes close to replicating either the intensity of being on a rugby pitch or the camaraderie experienced off it, it has also enabled me to (ironically) become fitter and stronger than I ever was whilst playing!
Its fair to say that I am a bit of a CrossFit geek and this led me to take the next step and become a Level 1 Trainer. I hope that this passion will come across in classes and inspire you!
