Andrew Kalen Daish
‘Nothing worth having comes easy’
Passion, dedication and striving for improvement are what drives me in my own training and in being a better coach. I began CrossFit in 2013 and since then I have been inspired to take my CrossFit journey further to being a coach. In recent years I have overcome injuries and found CrossFit to be a big part of my recovery. Transferring my skills from teaching and coaching rugby has helped me in adapting sessions and delivering effective training to a range of clients.
After training for years as part of a rugby squad, one thing that has kept me motivate at CrossFit is the sense of community, training with people who share the same passion and commitment to improve and push themselves to the limit.
I have always been dedicated to training and healthy living from my childhood roots in rugby which led to a professional career within the sport and also the opportunity to represent Sweden a great honour. The opportunity to train within an Olympic environment is something I have been privileged to experience and I want to be able to share the things I’ve learned from others and inspire others to improve their own fitness to achieve their goals.
Individuality is a key aspect, whatever your goals, whatever the hurdles, with determination and support I believe everyone can achieve them.
