Tris’ background is a professional cage fighter, competitive bodybuilding and power lifting – needless to say Tris gets his inspiration from Arnie! My favourite WODs are those that are heavy and long… I am passionate about CrossFit, mobility, eating burgers and ice-cream, but only on Sunday’s of course!

Tris is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and has a Level 3 PT qualification from Premier.
