Coaches Warm Up (No Measure)

Coach led warm up and pre activation


D-Ball squat and walk (6 rounds)

Hold the D-Ball in the “hug” position and perform X front squats, then walk to one end of the gym and back without dropping the D-Ball
6 rounds:

5 D-Ball squats + walk there and back


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min AMRAP:

15 over bar burpees

15 power snatch 25/35kg
