Coaches Warm Up (No Measure)

  • Coach led warm up and pre activation

 

Weightlifting

  • Deadlift (6×3)
  • First rep of each set paused at mid shin for 2 seconds. Second and third rep of each set should have no pause.
  • Superset each set with a 20 second start plank on each side

 

Metcon (Time)

  • 1k row

Then…

  • 2 rounds of:
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 15 Power Cleans 50/25kg
  • 15 Ring Dips
