Deadlift warm up and pre activation (No Measure)

  • Get sweaty then…
  • Neural flossing
  • Sumo good morning
  • Grass pickers
  • Split squats
  • Stiff leg DL with empty bar or light weight + band at the knees
  • Mobilise as needed

 

Weightlifting –┬áSumo Deadlift (3-3-5-5-5)

  • 3 @ 75%
  • 3 @ 80%
  • 3×5 @ 85%

 

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps):

  • 4 min AMRAP:
  • 8 alt db snatch 22.5/15kg
  • 32 double unders
    • 4 min AMRAP
    • 6 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
    • 14 goblet squats
