21 10 16 – Halt, Stop Deadlifts

Warm up / pre activation:

  • Neural flossing
  • Sumo good morning
  • Grass pickers
  • internal rotated hip hinge
  • Stif leg DL with empty bar

 

Strength – Halt, stop Deadlifts:

  • 20 mins to work to a heavy triple
  • Stop at the top of the knee and 1″ off of the ground. you do not come up to a full extension and the barbell does not touch the floor during the 3 reps.
