29 04 16 – Bench press

Warm up:

  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 10 Supermans
  • 5 Burpees

 

Mobility:

  • Chest
  • Tricep

 

Strength – Bench press:

  • 5-5-5-5-5
  • Super set with 10 ring dips

 

Met Con – 3 rounds:

  • 10 Pull ups
  • 15 Overhead lunges 20/15kg plate
  • 20 Squats 60/45kg (front or back, must start on the floor, NOT from the rack)
